山区黑色路面质量问题分析

摘　　要：对山区黑色路面的施工过程和工艺流程进行了分析,从沥青混合料的运输保温措施、集料离析、温度离析方面进行了论述,得出了山区黑色路面施工后产生剥落、压实度较低和松散等质量问题,是由于材料,尤其是沥青混凝土需经过较长距离的运输,加之特定的施工条件产生了混合料的离析所导致的结论。In this paper,the black mountain road construction process and the technology process were analyzed.Transport from the asphalt mixture insulation measures,aggregate segregation and temperature segregation aspects are discussed.Arrived at black mountain road construction resulting from falling off,the compaction degree of quality problems such as low and loose.It＇s due to materials,especially asphalt concrete and subject to long distance transport,combined with the specific construction conditions produced a mixture of segregation leads to the conclusion.
