摘  要:阐述太湖新银鱼的生物学习性(栖息环境、食性、繁殖与生长),着重论述太湖新银鱼受精卵的采集。本实验共采集受精卵50多万粒,受精率达80%以上。受精卵的暂养保存,采取控温方法,将温度控制在8℃,使受精卵发育减慢,但孵化率并没受到影响。这一特性为小银鱼大批量运输提供了依据,在移植工作中具有重要意义。The biological habit of Salangid and the collection of its egg fertilized were studied.Total five hundred thousand eggs were collected and the rate of egg fertilized was over 80%.The conservational method of egg fertilized was to be kept under the condition of 8℃,which would maintain hatching rate but reduce the development of egg fertilized,so that it was very important in salangid transportation.
