新癀片外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新癀片加蜂蜜外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将96例PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的患者,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组48例,用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗;观察组用新癀片碾粉加蜂蜜外敷,两组均治疗一个疗程5 d,分别观察治疗的效果。结果:两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新癀片加蜂蜜外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的临床效果显著,使用方便值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the effect of out--compress with xinhuang plan add honey in Treatment of mechanical phlebitis Due to PICC. Methods： 96 patients with mechanical phlebitis after PICC were divided into two groups randomly. Control group： 48 cases received moist heat dressing with 50% magnesium sulfate. Observating group：48 cases received out compress with xinhuang plan add honey. The effect was observed for 5 days after therapy. Results：There was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.01 } between the two groups. Conclusion： Out-compress with xinhuang plan add honey has a remarkable effect in treatment of mechanical phlebitis after PICC.
