摘　　要：改革业扩服务组织模式,通过开展"并联审批"、简化可研咨询程序、调整业扩分级职能和审批权限、整合生产及营销资源、建立信息共享机制等改革措施,实现客户服务中心"一站式"服务,提高业扩服务效率,缩短平均接电时间。Business extension service organization is needed to reform. The reform measures include ＂parallel approval＂,streamlining the feasibility study consultation process, adjusting the functions of the business expansion classification and approval authority, integrating production and marketing resources, establishing and information sharing mechanism to achieve oustomer service center, ＂a-stop＂ xervice, and iroprove extension services efficiency of the industry, reduce the average time to access electricity.
