摘 要:根据平行分度凸轮的结构特点,考虑凸轮输入、输出轴间的扭转刚度及凸轮与分度盘滚子之间的接触应力等因素,建立了三自由度动力学模型,应用Matlab/simulink建立仿真模型并进行动力响应的求解,该仿真方法为分度机构动力响应求解提供了一种新的途径。In this paper, 3 DOF dynamic model is established and the influences of different factors, such as torsion stiffness of the input shaft and the output shaft, touch stiffness between the cam and rolls of the follower, are taken into account due to structure characteristics of parallel indexing cam. Simulated model is estabhshed and dynamic performances of the system is solved by using Matlab/simulink. The method is referenced to solution of dynamic response for indexing mechanism.
