摘 要:分析普通水泥、石灰等结合料对海排灰中氯离子固化能力的影响,揭示水泥海排灰、水泥石灰海排灰混合料结合氯离子的固化特性。采用测定氯离子固化含量的水溶盐化学分析法、氯离子的固化理论方法,对水泥海排灰和水泥石灰海排灰固化氯离子特性进行深入研究。试验结果表明,对于水泥海排灰结合料,当氯离子含量超过混合料中海排灰含量2%时,各个龄期的氯离子固化率不再增加。而水泥石灰海排灰结合料,氯离子含量越多,固化率越高。对海排灰基层结合料中氯离子固化研究表明,含适量的氯盐的海排灰可以用做道路基层材料。The influence of mxitures as common cement and lime to the solidification of chloride ion in seawater -discharged ash is analyzed and the the solidification characteristics of cement seawater - discharged ash and cement and lime seawater - discharged ash is revealed. The water - soluble salts chemical analysis method used for testing of the solidification content in chloride and the solidification principle method of chloride ion are adopted to study the characteristics of chloride ion in seawater- discharged ash. The test result shows that, for the seawater- discharged ash mixture, the solidification rate of chloride ion at each age will not change if the content of chloide in the mixture exceeds 2% of the sea - water discharged ash, but for cement sea - water discharged ash, the solidification rate will increase with the content increase of chloride. The study to the solidification of chloride ion in seawater - discharged ash shows that sea - water charged ash with certain amount of chlorate can be used as materials of sbgrade.
