摘　　要：目的：调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者社会支持现状，寻求相应的护理对策。方法：采用随机抽样方法抽取2007年1月-2008年12月收治COPD患者100名作为观察组，采用肖水源的社会支持评定量表进行调查，并随机选取100名健康居民为对照组进行比较。结果：观察组社会支持总分、主观支持、支持利用度平均得分低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：护士应全面评估患者的社会支持状况。强化和拓展患者现有的社会支持网络，有效地利用现有的社会资源，为患者营造一种正向的具有支持性的社会环境，提高患者的社会支持水平，从而提高其生活质量。Objective ： To investigate the current social support status of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） and seek the appropriate nursing measures. Methods： The sampling method was used to select 100 patients with COPD admitted from January 2007 to December 2008 and another 100 healthy residents to be respectively taken as observation group and control group. Xiao Yong - yuan social support rating scale was adopted to make an investigation on the patients in the observation group and the data was compared between the two groups. Results ： The total score of social support, subjective support and utilization of the support were lower in the observation group than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nurses should fully assess the patient＇s social support, strengthen and expand the existing social support networks of the patients and effectively use the existing community resources in order to create a positive and supportive social environment, enhance the level of social support and thus improve their quality of life.
