类风湿关节炎相关指标的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的研究抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP抗体)及类风湿因子在男女类风湿关节炎患者表达的差异,及抗CCP抗体与类风湿因子、关节病变的相关性。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验对94例RA患者血清抗CCP抗体和类风湿因子(RF)进行测定;依双手腕关节病变X线表现分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(并分别赋予1、2、3、4分),并将抗CCP抗体分别与RF、关节病变X线积分进行相关性分析。结果①男女组患者抗CCP抗体和RF无统计学差异(P>0.05);②血清抗CCP抗体和RF成正相关(P<0.01);抗CCP抗体与受累关节积分成正相关(P<0.01)。结论①抗CCP抗体和RF在类风湿关节炎患者体内无性别差异;②抗CCP抗体联合RF检测RA,可能优于单独检测。此外抗CCP抗体可能作为早期预测关节破坏程度的指标。Objective To explore the difference of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody（anti-CCP）and IgM rheumatoid factors（RF）in serum samples from male and femal patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.And research the associativity of anti-CCP respectively with RF and integral of joints.Methods Anti-CCP and RF were tested by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in serum samples from 94 patients with RA.Assigning the alteration of X-ray of involved wrist joints fromⅠto Ⅳ stage with 1 to 4 respectively.Results The serum level of anti-CCP and RF did not exhibit any significant changes between male and femal patients.Anti-CCP had a positive correlation respectively with RF and integral of joints.Conclusion Association detection of anti-CCP and RF is value for diagnostic sensitivity,anti-CCP is a potential index for predicting the destruction of joints.
