摘　　要：药房发药是医疗服务环节中关键的一环,配药发药过程中的处方差错往往是导致医疗纠纷的重要因素之一。药房处方差错的发生不仅影响医院的形象和发展,而且关系着患者的健康和生命安全。本文结合作者在药房实际工作的经验和体会,就药房管理中出现处方差错的原因进行分析和总结,最后就如何减少药房处方差错、保证用药安全提出应对措施。Pharmacy dispensing is a key link of medical services.Prescription mistakes during medical dispensing process is an important factor causing medical disputes.It effects not only the image the hospical,but also the patient＇s health and safety.In this paper,the author discuss and analyse the factors which cause the prescription mistakes of pharmacy administration.At last the countermeasures to reduce prescripton mistakes and ensure the medical safety are proposed.
