摘　　要：目的测定平肝降脂胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用色谱柱ODS-C18,流动相乙腈:水(15:85),检测波长230nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果芍药苷在1.407～469.0μg/ml;范围内线性良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.86%,RSD(%)为0.57%。结论本方法重现性好、简便易行,可作为平肝降脂胶囊中芍药苷含量的质控方法。Objective To determine the content of paeoniflorin in compound PINGANJIANGZHI capsule by HPLC.Methods The constituent was separated on a ODS-C column（Lichrospher ODS-C18,4.6 mm×250 mm）,using acetonitrile-water-phophoric acid（15：85）as the mobile phase,detected at 230nm,the velocity of flow is 1.0 ml/min.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of1.407μg/ml～469.0μg/ml for Emodin,r=0.9999.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 100.86%,RSD（%）为 0.57%.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,and well reproducible.It can be used as a reliable determination method for the quality control of PINGANJIANGZHI capsule.
