摘 要:[目的]研究石榴皮提取物对凝血时间的影响。[方法]将石榴皮干燥粉碎,分别用等体积的蒸馏水和乙醇浸提,研究水提物和醇提物对凝血时间如凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。[结果]石榴皮提取物具有抗凝血作用,且水提物效果较醇提物好。[结论]为石榴皮的进一步开发利用奠定基础。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of extracts of Punica granatum Linn.peel on cogulation time.[Method] The Punica granatum Linn.peel was grinded and then was extracted using equal volume of alcohol and distilled water.Some indices of cogulation time were measured,such as blood coagulation of time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated prothrombin time(APTT) influenced by the extracts of alcohol and extract of water.[Result] The results showed that the extracts of Punica granatum Linn.peel had anticoagulation on the blood agglutination system,and extracts of water was better than the extract of alcohol.[Conclusion] The study lay the basis for the further development and utilization of Punica granatum Linn.Peel.
