摘 要:[目的]为改善甘蔗品种的产量和品质提供理论依据。[方法]以桂糖92/66×ROC22(X1)、ROC22×桂糖92/66(X2)、桂糖00/122×K86/110(X3)、粤糖91/976×CP94/1100(X4)、粤糖91/976×桂糖00/122(X5)、粤糖91/976×HOCP95/988(X6)、川糖89/103×CP93/163(X7)、粤83/257×CP57/614+崖84/153(X8)8个组合为材料,研究其F1代主要农艺性状的表现。[结果]X7的F1代高糖高产,为较优良的组合;X5的F1代产量性状较好,但糖分含量较低,这2个组合亲本优良性状的遗传效应较大,综合性状较好,可根据育种目标重点配置使用;X1、X2、X3、X4组合亲本优良性状的遗传效应较小,综合性状一般,可适当配置;X6、X8组合亲本优良性状的遗传效应较小,综合性状较差,不宜使用。[结论]该研究明确了几个甘蔗亲本在新品种选育中的应用价值。[Objective] The study was to provide the theoretical basis for improving yield and quality of sugarcane varieties.[Methods] 8 combinations such as Gui Sugar 92/66×ROC22(X1),ROC22×Gui Sugar 92/66(X2),Gui Sugar 00/122×K86/110(X3),Yue sugar 91/976×CP94/1100(X4),Yue sugar 91/976×Gui Sugar 00/122(X5),Yue sugar 91/976×HOCP95/988(X6),Chuan Sugar 89/103×CP93/163(X7),Yue 83/257×CP57/614+Ya 84/153(X8) were taken as the materials.The performance of their main agronomic characteristics in F1 generation was studied.[Results] The F1 generation of X7 had higher yield with higher sugar content and it was a good combination.The F1 generation of X5 had good yield characters with lower sugar content.The parents in those 2 combinations had bigger genetic effect in good characteristics with good comprehensive properties,so they could be emphatically used to prepare combinations according to breeding objectives.The parents in combinations of X1,X2,X3 and X4 had smaller genetic effect in good characteristics with simple comprehensive properties,so they could be properly used to prepare combinations.While the parents in combinations of X6 and X8 had smaller genetic effect in good characteristics with worse comprehensive properties,so they could not be used to prepare combinations.[Conclusion] The study identified the applied value of several new sugarcane parents in breeding of new varieties.
