摘 要:[目的]对秦岭地区不同种群菜粉遗传多样性和遗传分化状况进行研究。[方法]首先,在秦岭地区随机选择10个地点,每个地点采集6只菜粉蝶样品,共60只;然后从60条随机引物中筛选出11条重复性好的引物;最后,利用RAPD技术对秦岭地区10个地理种群的菜粉蝶Pieris rapae(Linnaeus,1758)基因组进行比较分析。[结果]试验中共获得77个清晰稳定的位点,其中条带13个,多态位点64个,总的多态位点百分率为83.12%。[结论]不同地理种群的菜粉蝶之间存在一定程度的分化。[Objective] To explore the genetic diversity and population differentiation of Pieris rapae in qinling region.[Methods] A total of 60 Pieris rapae samples were randomly selected from 10 areas(6 Pieris rapae per area) in Qinling region.As many as 11 primers with good reproducibility were selected from 60 random primers.The comparative analyses of Pieris rapae(Linnaeus,1758) genome in 10 geographic populations were performed using RAPD technique.[Results] A total of 77 clear and stable sites were detected in 60 Pieris rapae samples,including 13 bands and 64 polymorphic loci,and the total percentage of polymorphic loci was about 83.12%.[Conclusion] There is a certain degree of differentiation among Pieris rapae in different geographical populations.
