摘　　要：综述了有关于小鼠乳腺上皮细胞体外原代培养方法的研究进展,阐述了乳腺细胞培养的意义,介绍了乳腺组织原代培养的过程,并分析了所取得的研究成果。The research progress of primary culture method of mice mammary epithelial cells was summarized,significance of mammary gland cell culture was expounded,the processes of primary culture methods of mammary gland tissue were introduced,the research processes were analyzed.
