摘  要:本文以巯基(-SH)分子探针mBBr标记附睾精子,采用流式细胞仪分析,结合荧光显微镜观察;以研究附睾精子膜成熟变化,其结果显示:精子在附睾运行过程中,-SH渐渐氧化为二硫键(-S-S-)、并具异质性.Percol法筛选运动精子的研究表明:运动精子的-SH含量显著降低,这提示附睾精子膜-SH与-S-S的变化与精子运动的获得和发展有关.Monobrobimane.the molecular probe of thiol.was used to label epididymal sperm. Monobro-bimane - labled epidiymal sperms were analysed by flow cytometry and were observed by fluores-cent microscopy in order to study epididymal sperm - membrane maturational modification. The result demonstrated that sperm thiol was oxidated into disulfide during epididymal migration and that there was heterogeneity in content of sperm thiol oxidation. The study of mBBr - labled motile sperm showed the content of motile sperm thiol was obviously reduced. This indicated change of thiol -disulfide status was associated with development of sperm motility of the epi-didymis.
