摘  要:本文报道了家蝇触角感受窝内感受器的超微结构,用扫描电镜透射电镜方法对家蝇触角第3节的后基感觉窝和外基感觉窝进行研究,创立了把触角切片后制成扫描电镜标本的方法。观察到后基感觉窝内密布薄壁型多孔感器,这些感器的直径长12.34±0.21μm,中间宽2.02±0.23μm,壁厚65.5±4.38nm,每平方μm分布着26.5±5.32的小孔。几丁质壁上小孔开口向内增大,变成几丁质小室,小室直径约0.1~0.2μm,内壁由15~20个小管向小室内壁延伸,每个小管直径在8.96±0.59nm的范围内,这些树突没有鞘,呈片状树突层。在外基感觉窝内分布着带槽椎形化感器,扫描电镜可见到11~13根纵形排列的细管组成的感器。The present paper reports on the ultrastructure of antennal sensilla in female Musca dornestica. The semsilla of out basal sensorium and posterior basal sensorium in 3rd segment were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The method of antenna section for SEM was set up in our laboratory. The posterior basal sensorium is full thin wall multiporous pitted sensilla (thin - wall MPS). The sensilla are 12. 34±0. 21/μm long and 2. 02 ± 0. 23μm diarn eter midhight wide. They have a wall 65. 50 ± 4. 38nm thick,and a pore density of 26. 5 ± 5. 32μm2. Just surface the pore may open into an enlarged circular cham ber,the pore kettle,with a diameter of 0. 1±0. 2μm. 15~ 20pore tubules extend from the inner wall of the kettle (the diamter of the pore tubules is in the 8. 96 ± 0. 59nm range ) into the underlying dendritic chamber. There is no dendritic-sheath. The grooves pegs,(GP)in the out basal senso rium are not numeruus. These sensilla can be seen to be composed of 7 -11 digitiform processes in SEM.
