摘　　要：为提高大学生外语水平以及交际能力,许多高校纷纷聘用外籍教师。毋庸置疑,外籍教师在外语教学当中起着重要的作用,但其教学状况也令人担忧。建立科学的行之有效的外教教学管理体系,充分利用外籍教师资源是我们面临的重要课题。In order to improve students＇ ability of language and communication, many universities employ foreign teachers. Undoubtedly foreign teachers play an important role in language teaching, but their teaching status is to be worrying. So we are confronting the problems of how to construct a scientific and effective foreign teaching administration system and make full use of the resources of foreign teachers.
