摘　　要：随着新的技术环境的产生以及图书馆事业发展的需要,引入职业生涯规划管理理念是高校图书馆在网络时代求得生存和发展的必然选择。文章从健全测评人才机制、设定目标、注重人才培养、创新人事管理、重视女性馆员的职业生涯规划等方面探讨高校图书馆在网络时代实行职业生涯规划的措施。With the new technology and the environment arising from the needs of library development, the introduction of the concept about career planning and management becomes an inevitable choice in the survival and development of＂ university libraries at the Internet age. The article goes from the aspects of the sound talent evaluation mechanism, setting goals, paying attention to personnel training, innovation and human resources management, attention to female staff career planning, to explore the implement of career planning in university libraries at the Internet age.
