基于Stackelberg决策的产学研合作模型

摘　　要：产学研合作是企业和高等院校(科研机构)之间进行的合作,合作组织分别投入并共享产出,所获得的收益通过多方认同的收益共享协议进行分配.但是,他们的根本利益并不是完全一致的,个人理性与集体理性的矛盾冲突,导致两者的博弈会有不同结果.本文基于Stackelberg模型,建立了产学研合作模型,得出了不同的博弈结果,并对模型结果进行了分析.Many organizations invest respectively and share profit together in cooperation of enterprises,universities and institutions,the profits are distributed among the organizations on the basis of their agreement.However,their targets are not absolute in full agreement,individual rationality would conflict with collective rationality and lead to different result between the two parties.By using the game theory,this paper analysis and establish a model in cooperation of enterprises,universities and institutions on the basis of the Stackelberg model,concludes the game＇s result and analysis the result.
