枇杷种质资源果实单果重变异研究

摘　　要：对国家果树种质福州枇杷圃内222份枇杷种质资源的果实单果重进行了鉴定评价。结果显示:枇杷种质资源平均果实单果重为32.78g,变异系数48.44%,果实单果重大于60.00g的种质有10份;不同来源地的枇杷种质资源果实单果重存在较大差异,野生种质果实单果重低于栽培种质,差异极显著;红肉种质与白肉种质果实单果重差异不显著;枇杷种质资源果实单果重与种子数、种子重、可食率均呈极显著正相关。The fruit weight of 222 loquat germplasm resources was studied.The results indicated that weight of different germplasm types had high variation,the average fruit weight was 32.78 g with 48.44% coefficient variation,and the fruit weight of 10 loquat germplasm resources was more than 60.00 g.There was an obvious difference in fruit weight from different regions and significant difference in the weight between loquat cultivars and wild species.And the weight of wild species was less than that of cultivars.The difference of fruit weight between red flesh and white flesh species was not significant.The fruit weight had significant positive correlation with number of seeds,weight of seeds and edible rate.
