摘　　要："农家书屋"建设是社会主义新农村建设语境下的一个新课题。近年来,连云港市"农家书屋"建设已初见成效,然而仍存在着认识不清、力度不够、管理体制相对滞后等局限,有必要在认清现状和工作特点的基础上剖析问题,寻求解决问题的方法和对策。The building of ＂Peasant Family Reading Room＂ is a new focus in the context of the socialist new countryside construction. Our city has achieved an initial success in the building of ＂Peasant Family Reading Room＂ in recent years. However, there are still some limitations, such as the unclear understanding, the inadequate intensity, and the lagged management system. I t is necessary to analyze the problems and find solutions to them based on the recognition of current situations and the characteristics of this work.
