摘 要:为了探究家蚕T6和734两品系耐氟力的差异,分别对其4龄时期氟敏指数,以及5龄时期体重变化和死亡率进行调查,在100ppm、200ppm、300ppm、400ppm氟化物浓度下,734的氟敏指数分别是:29.14、62.22、104.36和137.61,而T6的分别是:4.38、11.13、26.87和43.76,两品系的氟敏指数随着氟化物浓度的增大而增大,但734指数增加远远大于T6;734体重变化较T6明显,并且734的死亡率也远大于T6。表明了家蚕T6品系具有较强的耐氟能力。In order to understand the difference in fluorine tolerance between the silkworm (Bombyx mori) strains T6 and 734, the fluorine-sensitive index of the fourth instar larvae and body weight change and mortality of the fifth instar larvae were investigated. In fluoride treatments at 100, 200, 300 and 400 ppm, the fluorine-sensitive index was 29.14, 62.22, 104. 36 and 137.61 for 734 and 4.38, 11.13, 26.87 and 43.76 for T6, respectively, thus indicating that . the fluorine-sensitive index of both strains increased with increasing fluoride concentration and the extent of increase was significantly greater in 734 than in T6. Change in body weight in fluoride treatments was greater in 734 than in T6 and the mortality of 734 was significantly higher. The results above showed that the B. mori strain T6 has relatively strong tolerance to fluoride.
