摘　　要：根据管理学的供应链管理模型,提出了就业导向应用型本科人才培养模式的基本理论框架,主要包括概念、模型以及该模式重要节点的主要内容,有助于整合应用型本科院校学科建设与就业管理的关系,提升应用型本科院校的建设水平。Based on the supply chain management model, the paper puts forward the theoretical framework of talents cultivation model built on employment-orientation and application-based in the undergraduate course institutes, including concept, model and analyses the connotation of node in the model, which is helpful to integrate the relationship between disciplines construction of applicati- on-based undergraduate institutes and employment management, and to enhance the construction level of the institutes.
