摘　　要：制度图书馆学,就是研究图书馆制度对图书馆发展的影响问题的一种思维方式。制度图书馆学旨在建立一种新的范式——制度范式。"图书馆制度"是制度图书馆学研究的核心范畴。制度图书馆学的研究内容可分为"作为社会制度安排意义上的图书馆制度研究"和"作为职业规范意义上的图书馆制度研究"这两大方面。制度图书馆学研究横跨理论图书馆学和应用图书馆学两个领域。制度图书馆学采取现实主义价值取向和权利政治话语取向。制度图书馆学研究的意义在于:有利于认清图书馆的制度属性,有利于明确政府在发展图书馆事业中的责任,能够为图书馆制度创新提供理论与方法支撑。The institutional library science is a way of thinking,which researches the influence of the library institution on the development of library.The institutional library science aims at establishing the institutional paradigm,which is a new paradigm.And the library institution is the core category of the research of the institutional library science.The research content of the institutional library science consists of two aspects：the library institution in the sense of the social institutional arrangement and the library institution in the sense of the professional norms.The research of the institutional library science crosses the fields of theoretical library science and applied library science,and takes both the realistic values orientation and the right politics discourse orientation.The research of the institutional library science is beneficial to get a clear understanding of the institutional properties of the library,to define the responsibility of the government in the development of the librarianship,and to provide the theoretical support and method support for the innovation of the library institution
