摘　　要：将细节服务纳入到图书馆工作中,对挖掘、整合和利用图书馆资源,发现、赢得和稳定读者,树立良好的图书馆形象有着不可忽视的作用。剖析了细节服务的关键因子及其对图书馆形象的影响,构建了基于细节服务的图书馆形象影响因素模型,并提出了相应假设;然后运用统计方法对其进行了验证,实证结果验证了假设并表明了细节化服务、细节化设施、细节化产品对图书馆形象的不同影响程度;最后就如何依托细节服务提升图书馆形象提出了相应对策。Bring into detailed service to libray,will play an important role in digging,integrating and utilizing library resources,winning and stabilizing user,identifying excellent library image.The paper firstly analyzes the key factors of detailed service and their impact on library image.It establishes the influencing factor model of library image based on detailed service and proposes a series of corresponding assumptions.And then it tests the model by applying statistical method.The empirical results are in conformity with the research hypotheses and show that the different effects of the library on the details of services,details of facilities,details of products.Finally corresponding counter measures aiming at promoting library image are put forward.
