资兴市稻田性皮炎的流行病学初步调查报告

摘　　要：目的初步调查郴州资兴市稻田性皮炎的流行情况,为进一步探讨其病因提供依据。方法采用问卷调查与体检方式对资兴市当地稻田性皮炎的发生情况及当地家庭饲养禽畜情况进行现场典型调查。结果本次皮炎暴发在下田作业人群中罹患率为86.1%,皮炎都是因在田间作业所致,与性别、年龄等无关。稻田中椎实螺与膀胱螺数量明显增多。田间作业人员在接触稻田水后到皮肤瘙痒间隔时间从数分钟至1天,疾病发生有自限性。结论资兴市本次皮炎暴发为稻田性皮炎,罹患率高,应积极采取相应的防治措施。Objective To investigate the infection situation of paddy - field dermatitis among part of villagers in Zixing. To provide the basic information for the further study of the etiology. Methods Take cross - sectional study and typical investigation in Zixing city. Product questionnaire survey and physical examination to understand the situation of the incidence of dermatitis and local domestic livestock. Results The attack rate was 86.1% among labors who work in the paddy field . The mainly cause for the paddy - field dermatitis is the containing with infected water instead of genders and age. Lymnaeidae increased in the number obviously. The skin itching took place from a few minutes to 1 day after contacting with water in the paddy fields. The dermatitis were self- limiting. Conclusion The attack rate of the paddy field dermatitis outbreaks is high in Zixing city. Appropriate control measures should be taken.
