摘 要:三峡工程作为目前世界最大的水利水电枢纽工程,历经勘测、论证、设计各个阶段,由于规模巨大、技术复杂、安全要求高,建设过程中对若干重大技术难题进行了不间断的深化研究,采取了相应的技术决策,其中大坝泄洪消能、大坝稳定及基础处理、船闸水力学、船闸高边坡稳定和茅坪溪防护坝沥青混凝土心墙等问题始终是大家关注的焦点。在试验性蓄水及消落过程中的各项安全监测结果表明,各建筑物工作性态正常,安全可靠,初步验证了有关技术决策的合理性。The Three Gorges Project is the largest water conservancy and hydropower project in the world.Due to its huge scale,technical complexity and high safety requirement,some critical technical issues are still continuously further studied and achieved significant results during the construction although they has been studied in various processes of investigation,feasibility studies and design.Among which,the energy dissipation through the dam,dam stability and foundation treatment,navigation lock hydraulics,navigation lock high slope stability and the asphalt concrete core in the Maopingxi dam are always the most concerns.During the trial impounding and degradation process of reservoir,the safety monitoring results show that all building is normal,safe and reliable,and the rationality of some technical decision-making are preliminarily verified.
