摘　　要：高校应将思想政治教育纳入和谐社会视野，把服务和谐社会建设纳入高校思想政治教育总体规划，以营造和谐校园、培养建设和谐社会需要的新型人才为重要目标、加强和改进高校思想政治教育，为建设和谐社会增添力量。因此，对高校思想政治教育和谐机制进行探索，明确构建高校思想政治教育和谐机制的必要性以及如何构建高校思想政治教育和谐机制就尤为重要。Ideological and Political Education in Colleges must construct the harmonious campus and cuhirate new competent at the demands of a harmonious society. They also need to enhance and improve the ideological and the political education so as to give assistance to building a harmonious society. Therefore, it is important to explore harmonious mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges, especially the necessity and methods.
