摘 要:中长跑项目是以有氧供能为主的体能项目。因此,要求运动员有较好的有氧能力。以运动性贫血女子中长跑运动员为研究对象,随机将他们为实验组、对照组。对照组为正常运动员。训练期间给予实验组运动员铁复合制剂而对照组给予安慰剂分别为3个月,以观察营养补剂对运动员红细胞相关指标、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白以及血清铁的影响。研究结果表明:抗贫血铁复合制剂干预后的实验组运动员的红细胞相关指标、血清铁、血清铁蛋白浓度上升,并显著降低了运动员的血清转铁蛋白浓度,说明抗贫血铁复合制剂可有效提高了运动性贫血女子中长跑运动员的铁贮备,对运动性贫血有一定的治疗作用。Aerobic capacity is the key capacity of the middle and long distance running. So the runners must have high level of it. In the study, the targets are middle and long distance women runners with sports anemia. They are test group and normal runners are in the control group. During the training, runners in the test group take iron compound preparation sport nutrition while control group take water with nothing to observe the effect of the iron compound preparation lasting for 3 months. The results suggest that the indexes of RBC, SI, SF and Tf can reflect the level of iron in the bodies. It shows that the nutrition improves the indexes of RBC and the level of SI and SF, reducing the level of Tf. So it suggests that the iron compound preparation can improve the level of iron for middle and long distance women runners with sports anemia. It is a treatment for sports anemia.
