摘 要:探讨不同悬吊训练方式对颈部不适的干预效果以及颈部Wong-Baker疼痛量表分值分别与患部肌肉伸缩性、弹性、硬度的关系。通过采用单纯悬吊放松、颈部主动运动和稳定肌训练三种方式,将39名颈部不适在校女大学生随机分为三组进行训练,并随访干预后一周的评分改变情况。评价指标为Wong-Baker疼痛量表分值和肌肉伸缩性、弹性及硬度。研究发现:颈部主动运动训练和稳定肌训练能有效降低Wong-Baker疼痛量表分值,分别维持五天和三天,但对肌肉伸缩性、弹性、硬度改善不明显;Wong-Baker疼痛量表分值与颈肩部肌肉伸缩性、弹性、硬度之间未见到明显相关。建议颈部主动运动训练和稳定肌训练作为颈部不适治疗手段,治疗频率分别为每周一次和每周两次。It is to explore the effect of different training methods of sling exercise therapy on neck pain, 39 female neck pain university students voluntarily attend this study and are randomly assigned into control group, active movement group and stability muscle training group. Wong- Baker pain scale scores and the muscles' scalability, flexibility, stiffness of neck are used to descript the effect of pre - and post - sling exercise therapy. The active movement group and stability muscle training group show effectively decreasing in the Wong - Baker pain scale scores after once interference, and keeps it 5 days and 3 days, respectively. The scalability of muscles, flexibihty, and stiffness improvement is not obvious; No significantly positive correlation are found among the trapezius muscles' scalabihty, flexibility, stiffness in affected area and Wong- Baker pain scale score. We propose active movement and the stability of the neck muscle training as a means of neck discomfort therapy, treatment frequency is once a week and twice a week.
