中国盲人足球运动员的感觉机能特征及训练方法研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、个别访谈和实验等方法,对上海市盲人足球运动员进行感觉机能特征及训练方法的实验研究。结果表明:盲人足球运动员的听觉、位觉和本体感觉三种感觉机能水平均明显优于足球专项的正常大学生,具有显著超越同专项正常人的特征;研究设计的十一种训练方法,对提高盲人足球运动员的听觉、位觉和本体感觉机能有显著性效果,对促进盲人足球运动技术水平的发展具有一定应用价值。This paper studies the sensory function characteristics and training methods for Shanghai blind football players by methods of literature, individual interviews and experiment. The results show that the level of sensory function of hearing, position feeling and proprioception feeling of blind football players, who are significantly beyond the normal having the specia~ characteristics, are significantly better than normal college students major in football; this study has designed 11 kinds of training methods, which have significant effects on improving the blind football players＇ hearing, position feeling and proprioception feeling, and will have certain applied values for promoting the technical level of blind football players.
