脊柱侧凸矫正术50例围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨脊柱侧凸矫正术患者围术期的护理方法。方法：对50例患者术前做好心理护理，行肺功能锻炼、牵引、排便等指导；术后密切观察生命体征，及时做好并发症的观察和护理，并给予体位指导和出院指导。结果：较术前复查肺功能比提高12％-20％，2例患者出现双下肢麻木，3例出现腹胀、腹痛、肠鸣音减弱，1例出现肺不张，经及时治疗和护理，症状缓解。均未发生感染、便秘、压疮等并发症。结论：脊柱侧凸矫形手术具有较大的难度和危险性，做好围术期护理可提高手术成功率。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in correction surgery on scoliosis. Methods： 50 patients were given preoperative psychological care, the guidance on lung function exercise, traction and defecation. Close observation of vital signs, timely detection and treatment of complications and guidance on body position and on the discharged patients were implemented. Resuhs： The reexamination showed that lung function increased by 12% to 20% compared with that before surgery. The numbness of both lower extremities occurred in 2 patients, 3 patients had abdominal distention, abdominal pain and decreased bowel sounds and one patient suffered from atelectasis. The symptoms of the patients were relieved after timely treatment and nursing care and no infection, constipation, pressure sores and other complications happened to the patients. Conclusion： Scoliosis correction surgery is more difficult and surgeons have to take risks to do the surgery, so meticulous perioperative nursing care is conducive to improving the success rate of surgery.
