摘　　要：利用层次分析法,从科研与专业理论、思想道德素质、实践能力及扣分项目4个方面对在校研究生进行全面考核,通过量化9个相应指标构建研究生综合素质测评指标体系,具有较强的可操作性和实际意义。得到的9个评价指标的权重排序也基本符合高校研究生评价体系的趋势。In this article we try to establish a measuring system to Graduate＇s Colligrate Diathesis in University on the basis of analysing the problems existenting now.The system involves scientific research ability,moral diathesis,practice ability,and detain item four aspects.Through quantifying nine indexes,we establish a target system to judge the integrating diathesis of Graduate students.We hope to through using this measuring system to give some useful reference to improve our quality of graduates＇ education.
