摘  要:以精料和草料为材料,比较了不同预处理方法(干灰化法、硝酸-高氯酸湿消化法和微波消解法)对精料和草料中Al、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn、Se、Zn7种微量元素测定结果的影响.结果表明:三种预处理方法都适合精料中Cu、Mn、Zn和草料中Cu、Ca的测定,但硝酸-高氯酸湿消化法处理后测定的草料中Cu、Ca含量高.微波消解法适合精料中Al、Ca和草料中Al、Fe、Mn、Zn的测定.硝酸-高氯酸消化法适合精料中Fe的测定.Three pretreatment methods-dry incineration, HNO3-HClO4 wet-decomposition method and microwave digestion, which were methods for the disposal of microelement of animal feeds before its measurement were used in this study in order to compare effect of three pretreatment methods on determination of microelement--Al、Ca、Cu、 Fe、Mn、Se、Zn in grain feed and fodder. The results showed that three pretreatment methods were fit to determination of Cu、Mn、Zn in grain feed and determination of Cu、Ca in fodder, but the content of Cu and Ca in fodder were higher by HNO3-HClO4 wet-decomposition.. Microwave digestion was fit to determination of Al and Ca in grain feed and determination of Al、Fe、Mn、Zn in fodder. HNO3-HClO4 wet-decomposition was fit to determination of Fe in grain feed.
