摘  要:采用文献资料法、调查问卷法和实验等方法,根据健美操所具有的表演效应,提出了"考试竞赛化’的考试方法,并与传统的考试方法进行了比较研究。结果表明:"考试竞赛化"的考试方式极大地促进了高校校园体育文化建设,促进了学生心理健康的发展,在提高学生的学习积极性、主动性;自我锻炼能力、健康知识的积累、创编能力、组织能力、团结协作能力等方面有着重要作用,是课堂、课外和竞赛三者有机结合的整体,是当今我国高校健美操教学层面的一个提升。By methods of literature,questionnaire and experimental research,the paper,according to the performance effects of calisthenics,puts forward to the means of "competing examinations" and compares it with the traditional means of examinations.It turns out that "competing examinations" greatly improves the construction of physical culture in colleges and promotes the psychological development of students.And also it plays a very important role in students' energy,creativity,self-training,knowledge accumulation on health,ability to compose and organize,and corporation capacity."Competing examinations" is an organic entirety of classroom,outside class and competition,which promotes the calisthenics teaching in colleges.
