雷公藤和莪术葡萄糖注射液的混合饵料对农田害鼠的影响

摘　　要：为了验证雷公藤混合饵料和莪术葡萄糖注射液的混合饵料对农田害鼠的防治效果，在小麦农田进行了大面积的实验。实验结果表明害鼠对0．3mg／kg雷公藤混合饵料、30mg／kg莪术葡萄糖注射液混合饵料及0．3mg／kg雷公藤和30mg／kg莪术葡萄糖注射液的混合饵料的适口性没有显著性差异；三种混合饵料发挥作用后，害鼠数量明显少于混合饵料发挥作用前，实验结果进一步表明：三种混合饵料均可以作为环保型鼠药加以推广应用。结果还表明30mg／kg莪术醇葡萄糖注射液混合饵料实验产品成本最低，可以重点推荐使用。In order to testify the effect of the mixed bait that contains triptolide and zedoary glucose injection on farmland pest rodents, the test was carried on a large scale in wheat fields. The results showed that there was no significant difference to the palatability of farmland pest rodents between the mixed bait that contained 0.3mg/kg triptolide, 30mg/kg zedoary glucose injection, and the mixed bait that simultaneously contained 0.3mg/kg triptolide and 30mg/kg zedoary glucose injection. After three types of mixed bait were used, the number of pest rodenst dropped down significantly, compare with that of the pre - mixed bait. The results further showed that the three types of mixed bait could be used as a kind of environmentally friendly mouse poison. Due to its lowest cost, it is strongly recommende.
