摘　　要：给出瑞丽4．9级地震的烈度区的展布情况，详细介绍了烈度区内的建筑结构特点和震害特征，以及生命线工程和水利设施的震害，并对形成震害的原因进行了初步分析。We gave the distribution of the intensity areas of Ruili Ms4. 9 Earthquake, introduced in detail the structure characteristics of various buildings and their damages in intensity area, also the damage of lifeline engineerings and water resource facilities, and proceeded a preliminary analysis on the causes of those damages.
