摘 要:对石菖蒲进行划段分析其体内抗运动性疲劳作用,为进一步开展石菖蒲抗运动性疲劳活性成分的提取分离提供有益的依据.将70只小鼠随机分成正常组(Ⅰ)、运动组(Ⅱ)、挥发油组(Ⅲ)、乙酸乙酯提取物组(Ⅳ)、正丁醇提取物组(Ⅴ)、正丁醇萃余物组(Ⅵ)和水煎液组(Ⅶ),观察石菖蒲不同萃取部位对4周递增大强度负荷运动小鼠体重、食欲等疲劳相关症状和体征及力竭游泳时间的影响.结果表明:实验第4周末Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组小鼠活动减少,毛发枯萎,无光泽,有的小鼠出现大片脱毛现象,食欲减少,神疲乏力,体重明显降低;Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ组小鼠上述症状明显减轻,食欲增加,体重持续增长;Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ组小鼠力竭游泳时间均比Ⅱ组长,P<0.05,P<0.01.Ⅲ组小鼠力竭游泳时间明显长于Ⅳ、Ⅴ;但比Ⅵ和Ⅶ组短,P<0.05,P<0.01.Ⅳ和Ⅴ组,Ⅵ和Ⅶ组之间小鼠力竭游泳时间差异无显著性,P>0.05.提示石菖蒲挥发油、正丁醇萃取物、正丁醇萃余物和水煎液能明显推迟运动性疲劳相关症状的发生和提高小鼠运动能力.To analyse anti-fatigue effects of the different extracts from Acorus tatarinowii on overtrained mice.Seventy mice were divided randomly into normal group(I),exercise group(II),volatiles group(III),EtOAc extracts group(IV),n-BuOH extracts group(V),remains of n-BuOH extraction group(VI) and H_2O extracts group(VII).To observe the effects of these extracts from Acorus tatarinowii on body weight,appetite,and other signs and symptoms related to fatigue and exhaustive swimming time by increased high-intensity swimming training for four weeks.Mice in groups II and Ⅳ showed reduced activities,withered hair,decreased appetite,and significant body weight lost in the fourth week,while mice in groups III,V,VI and VII showed significantly lessened symptoms,increased appetite and body weight.The exhaustive swimming time in group II was observed to be significantly shorter than those in groups III,IV,V,VI and VII in the fourth week(P0.05;P0.01).The exhaustive swimming time in group III was longer than groups IV and V,but lower than groups VI and VII(P0.05;P0.01).There were no significant differences between groups IV,V and groups VI,VII(P0.05).The volatile extrats,n-BuOH extracts,remains of n-BuOH extraction,and H_2O extracts of Acorus tatarinowii could significantly delay exercise fatigue symptoms and improve exercise capacity of mice.
