摘　　要：和谐图书馆必须满足人与资源的和谐、人与人的和谐、人与环境的和谐。和谐图书馆突出体现以人为本,以读者为主体,以满足社会发展需求与人的全面发展需求为宗旨,坚持全面、协调、可持续发展方针。An harmonious library should balance the harmony between human and resources,humanbeings,human and the environment.To？ indicate its people-oriented,keeping readers as the mainstay policy,the library should hold the tenet as meeting social and human full developing neeeds,stick to the all-round,coordinated and sustainable development guidline.
