摘　　要：本文对高等学校学生权利维护和行政救济进行了论述。分析了学生维权对行政救济的客观需要,探讨了行政救济的前提和基础,并提出了构建高校学生权利行政救济的规范体系的设想。The paper illustrted the maintenance of students＇s rights and aid of administration in the college,analyzed the objective demand for administrative aid in the process of maintaining students＇s rights,and explored the premier and base of administrative relief.It also mentioned how to strcture a standard system of administrative aid to maintenance of students＇s rights.
