摘　　要：介绍了四球摩擦试验机新型液压加载装置的结构组成、工作原理及应用情况,该装置可应用于MR-S10D电液伺服四球摩擦试验机上,取代原来的静压油缸,从而彻底解决原来四球摩擦试验机静压油缸加工的老大难问题。This article introduced the structure,working principle and application of new hydraulic loading device for four-ball friction testing machine.This device,which replaces the hydrostatic cylinder,is applied in the electro-hydraulic servo four-ball friction testing machine （model MR-S10D）,and then,the difficulties to produce hydrostatic cylinder can be completely solved.
