摘　　要：文章论述了杭州发电设备有限公司生产的座环在引子渡电站施工中的工艺特点和技术标准。主要论述了座环的组装,组合缝的焊接与预热、过程中的变形观测及调整焊接、焊后热处理及探伤等工序。按照杭州发电设备有限公司工艺,结合现场特点组装,焊接和安装的座环均获一次成功,达到工艺要求。The paper expounds process feature and technical standard of stay ring of Yinzidu hydropower station construction produced by Hangzhou Generating Equipment Co.,Ltd,and mainly proposes assembly,welding and preheating of gangslotting,distortion observation,welding regulation,heat treatment after welding and flaw detection.According to the techniques of Hangzhou Generating Equipment Co.,Ltd,and combining with field character assembly,the welding and installation of stay ring has been successive installed and reaches technique requirement.
