物理治疗在非战争军事化行动多机种飞行保障中的应用

摘　　要：目的 为多机种飞行综合保障中快速解除飞行疲劳相关症状提供物理治疗方案。方法抗震救灾部队飞行人员97例和阅兵梯队组飞行人员63例，根据其飞行疲劳相关症状发生部位和物理治疗方法的作用机制分组，进行综合物理治疗。对治疗前后主观评定（VAS、VRS评分法），观察评分前后的变化。结果对每组治疗前后评分进行比较，治疗后评分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过相关指标的分析，证明了所采用的治疗方案对于非军事化行动中多机种飞行保障、快速缓解飞行疲劳相关症状收到良好效果。Objective To provide the combined physiotherapy program for relieving symptoms correlate flight fatigue quickly in the comprehensive security of heterogeneous airplanes. Methods ninety-seven male military pilots in the Earthquake Relief and sixty-three male military pilots in the military review served as subjects. These pilots were divided into each different groups according to the symptoms sites and the metabolism of the physiotherapy, Observe the difference of remark through subjective assessment by VAS and VRS.
