飞行疲劳相关症状的综合物理治疗

摘　　要：目的为快速解除飞行疲劳相关症状提供综合物理治疗方案。方法空军航空兵部队飞行员232例，根据其飞行疲劳相关症状的类型分为A、B、C3组，采用中频电、超短波、半导体激光、耳穴压丸等综合物理因子组合配方治疗。治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和口述分级评分法（VRS）记录分值进行评定，观察治疗前后评分的变化。Objective To provide the combined physiotherapy methods for relieving symptoms correlate flight fatigue quickly. Methods Two hundred thirty-two male military pilots served as subjects. These pilots were divided into different three （A, B, C） groups according to the related symptoms of flight fatigue and started the （medium frequency electrodiagnosis,the ultrashort wave,the phototherapy, the ultraviolet） therapy of comprehensive physics healing solution. Adopt the methods of the VAS and VRS, record the changes before and after a course of treatment, evaluate the defference and observe the difference of the remark.
