疗养期间飞行员训练伤32例分析

摘　　要：分析飞行员致伤因素，防止训练伤，科学指导其训练。并对32例来院疗养训练伤原因、患病部位进行分析并针对性治疗。结果合理安排热身运动、科学施训，采取正确的预防措施是减少训练伤的根本。To analyze the factors of pilots injury, thereby prevent training injuries and give scientific guidance in training. To analysed the cause and parts of training injury of 32 patients who came to the hospital and give them targeted therapies, reasonable arrangements for warm-up exercises, scientific training, and taking the right precautions were basic to reduce training injury.
