摘　　要：目的了解飞行员的健康状况，为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法收集我中心2007～2009年飞行员体检资料，分析体检结果，比较三年来飞行人员各种常见病患病情况。结果2007～2009年我中心飞行员超重、肥胖、脂肪肝、高脂血症等疾病患病率逐年增高，其中超重、肥胖、高血压、高脂血症等疾病在不同年龄组患病率差别显著（P〈O．05）。年龄大于40岁的飞行员超重、高血压、高脂血症等疾病的患病率明显高于年龄小于40岁的飞行员的患病率（P〈0．05）。Objective To evaluate the health condition of aircrews in Airforce Center of Aviation Medical Evaluation and Training in Hang zhou. And to give some support evidence to make measures to improve the health condition of aircrews. Methods Analysis the result after collecting the health examination data of the center aircrews during 2007-2009, analysis the Results of health examination. Results From 2007 to 2009, in the aircrew of the center, the prevalence rate of overweight, obesity, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia etc, had increased year by year.
