直升机飞行人员的听力调查

摘　　要：目的 分析直升机飞行人员的听力状况，以便做好直升机飞行人员的卫勤保障。方法应用MSA84-1型听力检测仪对飞行人员进行听力检测，并询问病史。结果全部152耳中听力正常占93．4％，轻度听力损失占5.3％，中度听力损失占1.3％，无重度听力损失者。听力损失3000Hz≥35dB有1耳，4000Hz≥35dB有6耳，6000Hz≥35dB有3耳。结论直升机飞行人员听力损失与噪声密切相关，应针对噪声做好预防工作。Objective To observe the state of flying personnel,s hearing, in order to ensure the health of the helicopter flying personnel. Methods To detect the hearing of flying personnel by the type MSA84-1 appearance, and inquire the history. Results The normal hearing ears account 93.4%; light degree hearing loss account 5.3%; midrange hearing loss account 1.3%; no heavy hearing loss. Hearing loss of 3000Hz≥35dB is one, 3000Hz≥35dB is six, 6000Hz≥35dB is three. Conclusion The hearing loss of helicopter flying personnel is connected with the noise, we should do the work of prevention.
