摘　　要：某飞行员出现进行性颈部胀痛伴双上肢麻木症状，CT检查诊断为颈椎先天性融合畸形，经颈部牵引、理疗等治疗后好转，提示招飞体检中应警惕此类疾病。The symptom of the progressive neck pain with upper exeremity numbness appeared in a pilot. Congenital fusion of cervical spine malformation was diagnosised by CT.After neck traction, physiotherapy and other treatment,the patient illness has been reduced. This case reminder that such diseases should be wared in physical examinationof flying cadets.
