地震救援者心理创伤症状调查

摘　　要：目的在汶川地震100天后，对救援者创伤后应激症状及心理健康状况进行调查研究。方法采用创伤后应激症状问卷（PCL），全面调查参与地震救援人员2267人，结合心理健康问卷（SCL-90）调查923人，按照国家军用标准GJB2125规定进行心理德康等级评定。结果汶川地震100天后，4．50％的救援者存在PTSD症状，0．40％的救援者PTSD初筛结果呈阳性;Objective To study the psychological traumatic symptoms in the Wenchuan earthquake related military rescuer after 100days Methods 2267 earthquake related military rescuer who had got psychological service were investigated by Posttraumatic stress disorder Check-List（PCL） and 923 ones were investigated by 90 Symptom Checklist （Scl-90） after 100days of rescue. Results The incidence of PTSD symptom was 4.5%.9 rescuers＇ total score of PCL were higher than 50,which suggested PTSD.The incidence was 0.40%. The Results of SCL-90 show that 76.60% rescuers＇ psychological health level was good,13.98% was normal,4.22% was not good,5.20%was bad.
