摘 要:目的观察氦-氖激光照射的生物效应对内源性肺表面活性物质(PS)的影响,探索预防肺出血的综合措施。方法在大鼠肺出血模型上使用氦-氖激光照射。对比实验大鼠的生存率,肺病理,肺指数,分析支气管灌洗液(BALF)中的相关成份和观察超微结构。结果氦-氖激光照射组较之对照组提高了造模条件下的大鼠生存率;肺病理,肺指数明显改善并与BALF的分析结果均有显著的统计学意义;超微结构显示存活大鼠不但未出现明显的病理变化,且肺Ⅱ型细胞大量分泌板层小体即肺表面活性物质。结论低强度氦-氖激光照射的系统效应,减轻了血液流变对肺组织的影响,促进了内源性PS的产生,起到了预防肺出血的作用。Objective To investigate the biological effect of helium-neon laser on the endogenous pulmonary surfactant(PS) and to establish a comprehensive plan for the prevention of pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods Helium-neon laser was adopted for radiation on rat pulmonary hemorrhage model. The survival rate, pulmonary pathology, pulmonary function index of the experimental rats were compared, and the elements in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were analyzed for its ultrastructure. Results As compared with the control group, the survival rate of the radiation group was significantly improved. Pulmonary pathology and pulmonary function index apparently improved, and correlated with the findings of BALF statistically. Ultrastructural observation showed that the survival rats radiated did not develope obvious pathological changes and the type Ⅱ cells produced a large quantity of lamellar bodies as pulmonary surfactant. Conclusion The low-energy, helium-neon laser increases the endogenous PS of type Ⅱ cells, reduces the hemodynamic effect on lung and prevents pulmonary hemorrhage.
